a lot of business can be gained or lost through 'word of mouth' advertising. There are a lot of people here that feel slighted obviously and if I was one of them I would want my issue to be dealt with first before he starts taking Xmas orders. I'm a firm believer in righting your wrongs, from his message it looks like he has intentions on doing that but I believe his means are misguided. Paying to fix those wrongs with dollars being generated by incoming orders is an unhealthy business practice and will possibly just put him back in the situation where he was before. If it were me in that situation, I would have secured the capital financing he is now seeking before I posted the message he did and I would secure enough to fix the wrongs and to finance the business to be able to operate for at least six months with a possible operating loss in that time frame. I think six months is very optimistic on rebuilding hurt relationships for a business especially when you have a very capable competitor. I really just see a lack of planning here and I would have fixed these wrongs before making such a post.
So please don't critisize me for stating something that's so blantantly obvious. I'm not the one who screwed all these people out of their money and then post my 'dirty laundry' on a public forum for all to see, witness and respond.
